  • Cot hire: $35 for 1-3 nights and $55 for 4-7 nights (incl. linen).
  • Pool hours 7am to 9pm
  • Apartments are serviced for stays of 8 days or more. Daily service is available at an extra charge

Office Hours

Reception is open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm Saturday and 9.30am to 12pm Sunday.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Apartment Allocation

All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. All tariffs are inclusive of any applicable government taxes and charges.

DEPOSITS

All bookings, regardless of how far in advance they are made, must be confirmed by a deposit when making the booking if it is to be secured. A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is required for Low season and Mid seasons, while 30% of tariff is required for High season to confirm the booking. The balance of the account is payable as per cancellation policy below. Bookings exceeding 4 weeks require a deposit of not less than one week's tariff.

CANCELLATIONS

General:

You will be charged the first night if booking is cancelled after reservation and the total price if cancelled in the 7 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival and No Cancellations allowed within 7 days.


Mid Season:

You will be charged the first night if booking cancelled after reservation and the total price if cancelled in the 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival and No Cancellations allowed within 14 days.


Peak Season

You will be charged 30% of the Tariff if booking cancelled after reservation and the total price if cancelled in the 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival and No Cancellations allowed within 30 days.


Non-Refundable

If you have booked a Non-Refundable Special then No Cancellations or Amendments are allowed and full payment will be taken on booking.


No refund will be paid in the case of a no show. We do highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.
