FAQ's

  • Check In 2pm and Check Out 9.30am
  • Porta Cot and Linen Hire: $50 flat fee
  • Beach Towel Hire: $5 flat fee
  • Pool hours 7am to 9pm
  • Apartments are serviced for stays of 8 days or more.

Office Hours

Reception is open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm Saturday and 9.30am to 12pm Sunday.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Apartment Allocation

All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or Bank Deposit. Please note, we are unable to accept cash into the Trust Account.
Current credit card details will be required to reserve your booking.
Accommodation tariff is payable on arrival.
All accounts must be settled at least a day prior to check out.

CANCELLATIONS

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your holiday due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Bookings may be altered or cancelled no less than 14 days prior to arrival date. If modified or cancelled within 14 days full charges for the booking will apply.

19 September 2026 - 5 October 2026

During peak periods, bookings may be cancelled no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 days full cost of the booking will be charged.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period, then a refund may be made back to the guest.
In the case of a "no show" the total price of the accommodation will be charged.
